Waited in line to get in then felt rushed to make a quick purchase wasn’t shown any charms at all

My 16 year old and mom went in there and they weren't busy and the sales lady that was supost to be taking care. Of my son was helping and answering questions for other people.after I. Told my mom how. She and my son would treated well,I am so embarrassed. I spend alot of money there and I have people buying me stuff,but I'm most upset because it was my son first time shopping for me:(

The sales associates were rude. Most were holiday help, and the associate that was training the others was rude and kept me waiting. Not going back, will order online.

waited 10mins, no one acknowledged that you there, no greeting as you walking. so i waited patiently for my turn but the associate helped someone else who just walked right in after me, disappointed that i was there first with my 3 yrs old girl and 3 employees never acknowledged us or even said "hi, we'll be with u soon" or what so ever, very POOR service regardless busy or not

I visited Buffalo and went to the Galleria Pandora to find a charm to remember the trip by and the Buffalo charms they showed me were scratched up and clearly used. I was interested in a Light charm or carousel charm which also could have represented Buffalo and they were unable to help me with either or provide any kind of other suggestions. Not to mention the wait was incredibly long... just to be disappointed.

I called the store first and the manager Kathy answered the phone I asked if they have a certain charm. She did not know and stated more than likely we do also stated she was the only one working and I should ask for her when I arrived. I stated over the phone I will I ask for you since you are thy only one working. I arrived another associate working as well. It took over 35 min. For waiting on me. I noticed other customers did not want to wait. I purchased 6 charms. I wanted one to be engraved did not know how to do and I need to come back for to be engraved. Poor service.

I bought a bracelet for Christmas As a present and the employee did not tell me it was a promotional bracelet It can defect it wouldn't close When I went to Pandora store the manager Audrey was very unprofessional Telling me she do not have control in what her employee sell me but she's the manager Not only was I embarrassed for Christmas but now I have to deal with people With attitude too Yes her employee should be aware and what they sell because I would of never bought a promotional bracelet for Christmas.....

Once in the store I was not addressed for 20 minutes then when we finally at least got a “we’ll be there in a minute” I was rushed and when I asked for tithe items to be wrapped they were threw into the bag no thank you or conversation. Customer service was horrible and I wrapped my own gift and placed into the bag properly. Then I asked for the store manager while I waited another 15 minutes with not one person showing up or coming back over. I have several Pandora things that were always brought at the hallmark store that has a Pandora authorized dealer. They were always friendly and kind but to visit the actual store never again!!!

I had to pay for the same Charm twice

Upon entering the store I had already picked the piece of jewelry I wanted so it would be quick and easy. While the sales associate was very helpful and quick the sales manager had rudly asked the employee to take us some where else when what we needed had already been taken out the case . Before we could even see the jewelry we wanted there was a large crowd around the case we needed to get too who seemed to be done with their selection but instead of asking them to step over to the other side it seemed racially profiled towards your black associate and her customers as if they were nothing. I have bought so many pieces from this location in the past but August 13, 2021 will be the last time
