The sales associate Jackie was not very pleasant. She was not knowledgeable to much of what I needed. Very slow !

I purchased a promise ring which the display case said $80 on. The associate argued that the ring is $90, no big deal. We get the ring for $80 because the case says $80. She was rude to us throughout the transaction. Got home from the mall, which is an hour drive and the ring TURNS MY FINGER GREEN. Supposed to be sterling silver, seems like I was given a fake or the display version. Unhappy is an understatement.

My problem was with an order placed on-line. Three lines is not enough to explain how poor the experience was.

I was a frequent user of this store normally buying multiple Pandora items. On 07/20/19 I made my usual visit to buy items for a Birthday. Unfortunately they did not have in stock 2 items I wanted but did have a different item. The Sales person did advise me that it was a sale item and could not be returned, but I believed she said I could exchange it. When I returned today I was told it could not be exchanged except for a different ring size. I was upset, as all I wanted to do was exchange it and purchase a more expense item. The store Manager Judy who would not give me her last name said no exchange "Store Policy." I found it surprising that they would not want to keep a good customer. The attitude was just too bad, we do not need you as a customer. I will never buy anything from this Store ever again.

I waited 30 min almost to see an associate when I knew what I wanted and what size was frustrating. You should have an associate for ppl who just need stuff given to them. And I wasn't told that there is a promotion going on at the moment , I'd like to return my product and buy again and get the deal

Upon entering the store no one said hello or even acknowledged that I was even in the store. Waited for over 15 minutes and I finally asked for help to be rudely told there was no one else working. The associate working was an assistant manager named Jessica she was not friendly at all very rude and nasty. I have been a customer at this location since it opened and lately when I come I have been treated terrible and at this point if this brand has no respect for it's customers I can spend my money in other places. I love the products but the service on this location is horrible no one should wait over 30 minutes to purchase items and than get treated poorly when finnaly serviced
