The sale associate, Audrey K, was more than welcoming. She took her time working with my two sisters and I to make sure we all found what we wanted and the correct sizes. I even ended up purchasing an extra ring, woo!!

I needed a larger bracelet to accommodate all the charms my children and grandchildren have "gifted me". The great sales person showed me several options, which led me to my decision of a new one, AND an additional bangle bracelet!

The Mgr was very helpful. She helped me with my purchase.

I was having satisfied with my Pandora experience because the staff was friendly. My needs where met in a orderly time and fashion.

The sales associates were friendly, efficient and quick. I did not have to wait very long to have my bracelets cleans (3) with over 40 charms. I also decided to make a purchase on a whim (should not have) but that was quick also.

I hate shopping. I went to Pandora with my wife who wanted a bracelet. The reason I was satisfied is that Aubrey, the sales person was calm, unassuming, empathetic, knowledgable about the offerings, and especially not pushy. She seemed to be able to understand what my wife was looking for and helped her find the right item. She was also friendly and respectful. Please commend Aubrey for all these qualities.
