I always wanted a bracelet and with the free charms it made it worth my purchase. Also the sales clerk was very helpful. Also the store was organized.

Nice staff and great quality

I was coming in to purchase a ring to go underneath the ring I got in honor of my grandma which is a red garnet heart shaped cubic circonium I knew what I wanted when I went in I was handed the ring before I purchased it to make sure it was correct and what I wanted. Very easy process and smooth. Now I have a beautiful ring my grandma would have loved on top of the her birthstone ring.

Greeted right away with a warm welcome! The manager was very helpful , and I loved what she helped me pick out. I will definitely be back for future purchases .

As always, the service at Pandora was outstanding. The clerk went out of her way to show me items that I was interested in purchasing.

We went in on the 4th of July, close to when the store was closing. (I know, as a past retail worker, this isn't the ideal time to come in.) The associate was super sweet and helpful, and didn't rush us. We were mindful to be quick but also wanted to make sure we picked something we liked. The associate also shared with us the matching tennis bracelet that goes with the charm we picked, so that may be my next purchase.
