My sales representative Kathy was very knowledgeable of the products. She knew what she had in stock and what she didn’t. Kathy wasn’t trying to just sell me anything, she paid attention to me and saw my style that I had and was going for. I have gone in the stores before, but with Kathy it was different, she made me feel like I wasn’t in a sale but talking to a friend. I would definitely go back to see Kathy again.

The sales associate was very knowledgeable and friendly. This was my first pandora bracelet and charms and she was so helpful in sizing and selection.

It was the Friday before Mother's Day and the store was packed, but it was still easy to maneuver around the display cases. It didn't take long to get help from an associate, even with the crowd and she was extremely helpful and took her time calmly even in the chaotic atmosphere. I got several pieces for my wife and all my questions were answered. I am very happy overall with experience.

I worked with Kathy who was EXTREMELY knowledgeable. She cleaned my 10 year old pandora bracelet to look BRAND new. I also purchased a ring and she sized me appropriately. She was so friendly and knowledgeable. She made my experience beyond exceptional. She had patience with my while i was shopping with my 4year old (who couldn’t wait to leave :) - Thank you Kathy!!! ) definitely will be back!

It was my first time there and I was so amaze on your products in the store. Eye catching merchandise. Being that it was my first time ever in the store and purchasing bracelet and charms I was very impresse. Now I’m hooked and my sisters birthday is coming up in June I’ll be back !!
