Consultant was very friendly and knew the product very well. Very patient in trying jewelry on my arm and then putting charms on my bracelet. Suggestions were appreciated.

The only bad experience I had on 12/1/21 I walked into the with a friend of mine we, we both noticed that the employee had some new purchases out I spoke to her she never replied back by speaking, I stated to the employee oh I see y’all have new rings, the employee stated get away an go on the other side of and look at those rings not these rings her I felt some type of way. It’s how you say things, I reported her to the store manager immediately. I was noticing when other customers was coming into the store after I reported her , she still had an attitude. If she bad day before coming into work she shouldn’t came into work at all that just my personal opinion.

Our sales associate, Kathy, was a joy to do business with. She had great knowledge and recommendations. She was also very personable and we highly enjoyed our visit -- and our purchases!

I like shopping in store so i can look at the jewelry in person and try things on. The associates are always very helpful and make sure everything fits perfectly. They even suggest styles that i may have not thought of myself.
