I was looking for a gift for my sweet 16 granddaughter. I knew what I wanted to get her but unable to find it anywhere. I was not aware of the Pandora store but went in and totally found exactly what I wanted. The staff was very helpful and kind. I truly appreciated my gift that I purchased and will most likely be back for another birthday in the family. Thank You!!!!

I feel that my experience was smooth I had questions and they were answered. The sales associate was very knowledgeable and patient. She showed me so much things that I know have a list of things that I will definitely come back for.

They took their time with me I wasn’t rushed my payment wasn’t going though she helped me and help me pay , I then got excited and wanted mire and they engaged conversations with me my sister and daughter I felt like I knew them and I never met them before

The customer service person was a great help! The items that I ordered online were not available, so I had to traveled to a Pandora store to get the items. I was so glad that I made this 38 minute trip to the Pandora store. The sales person not only helpful with the items that I couldn’t get online, she also made sure the fit was correct because if I had ordered online I would be returning the items. Of course I walked out if the store with 5 additional items! I’ll be visiting again soon!!
