I went into the store to ask about a repair on one bracelet and having a broken charm replaced. The Associates were kind and patient, knowledgeable and accommodating. I love my Pandora jewelry and thought that I would just have to take the losses on these two items, but I am ecstatic that they were able to replace these items, especially the charm from my family. I am also happy they repaired the bracelet that I now love because of how easy it is to put on and take off. You have a customer for life!

Associate was consistent with what was told to me on our phone conversation. Product was readily available when I went to p/u. Associate kindly put my new charm on my necklace.

I had originally gone in just to look around and ask about a size 8 ring which I found out the company does not carry. Although this was a little disheartening, I found two beautiful rings that compliment my style and are in style as well. I also was approved to open a credit card which saved me some money and the sales associate Kathy was very helpful and knowledgeable.
