We were taken care of right when we walked through the door. Helene was great and helps out to the best of her ability and was very seeet she made me want to keep shopping.

The staff was very friendly and conversational. They helped me find exactly what I needed. The store was clean and it was easy to view all of the jewelry.

The customer service reps are wonderful at the store in the Galleria Mall. There was a young lady named Bey Onca I believe (sorry for messing it up) who helped me with my return and purchase. She was very polite and knowledgeable about the product at the store considering she has a wrist full. I had a good experience and I look forward to going back.

There was no line. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Store is rather noisy so it is hard to hear the sales associate.
