Jacqueline was very attentive, friendly, and helpful throughout my visit. She helped me figure out my ring size as well as find a good match for the ring I originally wanted.

The store was bright and clean, the salesperson was pleasant and very helpful. The turn/change was not a problem. I am disappointed in the selection, I saw some pieces online that I wanted to see first before purchasing. I only found 2 out of the 8 items I came in for. I overall experience was pleasant, I am a new grandmother and I will have lots of memories to buy charms for. See you soon😀
