Audrey was very sweet. She was very knowledgeable and helpful and was able to find us exactly what we needed. She also gave us tips on keeping our bracelet and other pandora items in great shape.

When we originally walked in, multiple sales people said hello but no one asked if we needed any help. The girl who we ended up working with was the one who asked if we needed help (we did) and then took care of us for the whole visit. Initially I just needed my bracelet cleaned, but she also helped me select a cleaning kit and a new charm. She was super friendly and helpful and you could tell she was super knowledgeable and passionate about the products. The name on the receipt says “Audrey K” so I assume that’s the name of the person who helped us. Either way, she was wonderful and I never felt rushed or pressured to buy anything. She really made my experience positive. The only thing I had trouble with was finding out what charms were available because not all of them are on display and there were books but they said “for sales associate use only” so I didn’t want to touch them. I think it would be difficult for a customer to come in and just “browse.” But luckily Audrey helped us look through the book and I ended up selecting a charm I liked.

We felt comfortable and safe as we walked though the store. The staff was welcoming and friendly. Overall a great shopping experience. And my wife loves her ring.
