I visit the galleria mall location in Cheektowaga New York. I was there before Xmas and worked with the same young lady when I went back. Shenita- spelled that wrong but I remember her name because that is my cousin name. But she was a darling. I went in looking for a last chance ring that was on sale for $40. They was sold out but I walked out with 2 rings that are stackable and only spend $150. Shenita knew my ring size just by looking at my finger. I loved her and she made my experience wonderful. I will visit this location a lot more because of her. Yo rock Shentia !!!!

Kathy L. provided excellent customer service. She provided great customer service and went above and beyond to make sure my shopping experience was a great one. She was very patient.

The person that helped me did great. You should give her a raise. She did an amazing job helping me pick a gift for my friends and helped separate for each of them. She know I was running late for my bus and hurried up a little more while still giving good service

Associate helped me and no problem showing pieces I wanted...then my daughters came in and she attended to them with no hesitation...she made 3 sales!

The Line was t that bad for three days before Christmas. The first lady at the door was very kind and offered a mask, because mine broke. Soon after she asked if I knew what I wanted or if I was picking up something. I explained I was last minute shopping and one of the kind women approached with a tablet and immediately helped me find what I needed. They were all extremely fast and friendly to not only myself, but others scouring the glass showcases for last minute gifts. While I didn't get the name of the lady that helped me, she deserves praise for her ease of customer service and positive attitude. :)
