They had the safety of the customers in mind by only allowing so many people in the store. The lady at the door helped speed up the process by shopping with you in the catalog. Once inside, the sales lady was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

There was a line outside of the store(a week prior to Christmas)One of the associates came over to me and asked if I knew what item I wanted.She then moved me forward in line and I purchased the item without having to go into the store.Very easy and saved me time!

I did not have to wait in the line for a very long time. The lady that helped me was very nice and she was able to find what I was looking for. I got what I needed and was out of line in 5 minutes.

I called before coming in to ensure that I didn’t need an appointment to select my gift. The associate was very pleasant on the phone and did inform me that there may be a wait outside of the store and where the store was located within the mall so that I could minimize potential contact with others. When I arrived the line moved quickly and the woman at the door was able to help me with exactly what I needed. Check out was quick and efficient, and she was even able to help me select a charm to add to my bracelet, which she showed me how to add it, so that I can help my mom with the the charms she already has. I was very very pleased that the trip was so quick and that I had minimum contact with others.

When I walked in I was greeted so nicely and professional, I knew what I wanted but the girls did a great job up selling a special piece, and handling my other needs. Got me all taken care of with great customer service communication. Oh yeah The door man was very nice and looked professional which made me not even care about the 5 minute wait.

The sales person very helpful in making my purchase. Called the day before to check if item I wanted was in stock.

They had a bug selection. Stire was nice and clean. And the lady that helped me was very kind and helpful!
