Unfortunately you have taken all the stores out of Rochester ny and had to drive to buffalo ny. Very nice people and well stocked with items. Store should be bigger

Fast acknowledgement that I was in store and attention to my needs. Sale ended the day prior and I wasn't aware. Staff gave me the sale price. I was very pleased

I am highly satisfied due to type of service, treatment, and precautions that were taken while I was in the store. Everyone seemed to be working hard to ensure customers were taken care of, while ensuring the safety of the guests and themselves. Kathy was wonderful. In spite of precautions, and social distancing the service was not lacking at all. I felt like she actually cared that I had a good experience, helped me find the products I wanted and loved- plus a little more :), and took that extra time (while being cognizant of my time and others). In customer service that is lacking more and more. Kathy went above and beyond to help me and I left very happy. Can't wait to come back in soon- COVID conditions permitting. Please know she is beyond an asset to your company. If she treated me this way, I can only imagine others are receiving great service as well. I can tell she values her job and the customers into the store. Please, please keep doing what you are doing and stay safe.
