I had visited the Walden Galleria location to get a ring fixed that had a stone fall out. I was under the impression that I had two years from the date of purchase to bring it back to get it replaced, however, the saleswoman, Audrey, had said you only get one year free of the warranty and it had been past the one year. However, she kindly said that she would replace it still for me. It was super kind and generous of her!

Retailer was able to find the products I was looking. He met all of my needs ,he was kind, respectful. Store was clean, and the retailers were very attentive.

I stopped in on a whim while in the area. I wasn’t planning on finding anything to buy, but couldn’t pass up a new charm for my bracelet. Kathy cleaned it for me before putting the new charm on and it looks wonderful :)
