I went into pandora with a friend with the intention of not buying anything. Then I saw a nice section of rose gold rings and the sales associate was helpful and helped me buy my new ring.

once i walked into the store the sales women was very polite and had amazing customer service. She was super helpful and made me feel super comfortable while shopping. she also helped me find my ring quickly and efficiently. then quickly helped me cash out and i wasn’t even in the store for over 15 minutes.

The story is often over crowded, with few sales people which is discouraging & I leave however this time it wasn’t and I was able to chat with a sales person and try several items with their input. Exceptional customer service!
