I went to the Buffalo store because all are closed in Rochester, NY. Damario B. waited on me and was absolutely fantastic; so helpful, patient, professional and friendly. Pandora should feel proud to have an employee like this representing your company. He provided a wonderful customer experience for me and helped me to select the PERFECT gift for my sister for her birthday! I do hope you recognize and value employees like this. I wish retail establishments today had more people like this young man working for them. Thank you Damario you are wonderful!!
