I have always liked your product I have many items from your store.and will return.

I was purchasing a ring and wanted to get one that would go well with the other 2 I was currently wearing. The associate was very helpful. I tried on several until I found one that went perfectly.

me and my mother were shopping to get rings for our birthdays, (since ours was very close) and a lady named Kathy helped us find out rings that we would cherish, i chose a heart ring whilst my mother chose something more plain, but still interesting. We couldnt get the rings that day because my mother felt stressed from 3 younger ladies (or possibly teenagers) giving us side eyes like "what is taking so long". today on the 10th, which is my birthday, we decided to come back and we both got the rings we wanted, surprisingly they were still in Kathy's tray. Kathy told us to take this survey and we did since she was a nice lady and was easy to be around, definitely coming back for valentines.

The associate was very friendly and had a good knowledge of the products.
