I was looking for a specific item and browsing at the merchandise. Jessica N. approached me and helped me by showing me what I was looking for and other similar items. She was extremely helpful and friendly. Upon completion of the purchase she cleaned the Pandora bracelet that I had on. She also told me to bring in my other bracelets and they'd be cleaned also. Wonderful experience.
