When I came it wasn’t dead it was a perfect time and I got taken care of right away. They exchanged my bracelet and gave me a new one. And knew exactly what I was looking for and where it would be. Highly satisfied!

I was helped by Taylor, she was very friendly and understanding. Even though the store was busy she was willing to know me a little more then just a regular encounter. She also wrapped the ring I purchased for a Christmas present. She was very sweet and helpful!

Love the fact that I can bring my jewelry to get cleaned. Please with the year warranty with no problems with exchanging merchandise. I had to bring a bracelet back and a necklace back both at some point broke. I returned it and was given a new replacement. That’s amazing!!!!
