The sales associate that took care of me was extremely knowledgeable about Pandora products, inventory, warranties and upcoming items I inquired about. The store was immaculate and all display cases were easy to view. I’ve been in this store before and there is a bit of a wait due to customer/sales rep ratio but totally worth the wait because your Pandora associates are wonderful!! Great job Pandora!!

Staff always greets me with a smile. Store is full of new Fall merchandise and workers were anxious to share it. Workers are happy with working with customers and one another makes for a pleasant experience for customers.

I walked in to buy 3 for the deal that was running - buy 2 get 1 free. I was greeted right away and asked if I needed help. I wasn't sure which ones I wanted and was given suggestions. The sales lady spent a great deal of time helping me out. After I purchased my 3 I wanted to put them on my bracelet that I wore into the store. The sales lady again helped me rearrange my bracelet to add on my new ones. She again spent time putting them in the perfect order all while being very happy and complimenting of my family. I had a great experience as usual.
