Lisa was very helpful and patient with me because I kept changing my mind. I appreciated she didn't get annoyed with my indecisiveness. She also answered every question I asked and did a great job wrapping my gifts!

My one ring is missing stones from it they were able to order me a new one even though I lost my receipt. Very friendly there
