The sales associatr who helped me was very polite and knowledgeable. I finally went to this store and had a great experience. I didn't want to shop here anymore but this associate made me happy.

I love Pandora's essence beads. I just wish that you would make more of the natural stone beads. It would be nice if you could think of different namesfor the beads!!!!!

I always wanted a Pandora bracelet but found that it wasn't as easy to hook it on myself. The sales lady suggested a necklace which I liked better. I didn't realize that Pandora had necklaces . It was a good birthday gift from my husband which I picked out

When I think in a gift,I think "pandora". Pandora has many options for the purchase. I love this store for every ocation.

The location is convenient to my house as well as its location in the Galleria Mall. The staff is professional and friendly and they are concerned with how they arrange a customer's charms and aims to please!

I was able to get in and out of the store relatively quickly, already knowing what I wanted going there. The sales associate was friendly and knowledgeable. I do believe there should have been more than 2 people there to assist the customers though
