very helpful sales associate

I was satisfied with the worker, she helped me choose a bracelet and i’ve never been to pandora so i didn’t know how it worked and she told me everything and gave me plenty of choices. The prices were very high but i see why they are.

The saleswoman approached me as soon as I entered store. I had a Pandora catalog and asked if this was available and she looked for it and found it immediately. saleswoman asked if I wanted it gift wrapped and did a beautiful job.

I had to return a bracelet because I had ordered the wrong size online. It was much easier to return it to a store than mail it back as I was unsure what size to order. The associate was able to help me get the right size and make the exchange right away.

the sales associate treated both myself and my son with a great deal of respect. she knew what merchandise was in which location, and helped us find the perfect set.
