Very friendly and knowledgeable sales associate!

Went in the store and was greeted the moment I stepped in the store. I had a very friendly associate and took the time to find the item I was there for. Very easy check out and pay system.

the sales people were very helpful and very kind. my mother was shopping with me and she was on her electric scooter and they spoke to her and made her feel included in everything. to often anyone different is ignored but not at this store,which is one reason i come here.

I was highly satisfied with my purchase first of all because there was a great deal at the store where if you buy two items you get the third free. I got two rings and a set of gorgeous earrings. I went to a mall in buffalo and Damario B was the worker helping me out. Damario knew his stuff, he made me even more excited to purchase my first items to the store. Out of all of the workers who have ever helped me, he was by far my favourite out of any store. I really enjoyed talking to him.

The sales associate was very easy to talk with. He took his time assisting me with my purchases and made some great suggestions. The availability of the free gift wrapping this year is also plus!

Our salesperson Audrey K ,no. 135585 was extremely knowledgeable about the charms I was interested in, she was above and beyond helpful!!!
