I got a ring for my anniversary that was too big. Instead of sending it back in the mail, I went to the store to return it. I walked in and went to the front counter for help. I was immediately helped and any questions I had were answered right away. The exchange was super quick and she also informed me on how to care for the ring.

I was highly satisfied because of the extremely nice sales associate. His name was damario B and he helped us with picking out a ring, trying to find the right size, and ending up buying the ring. He was so sweet and very outgoing and easy to talk to. Probably one of the best customer service experiences i’ve had in a while. He was also very funny and made my overall visit super enjoyable.
