The store gave great customer service the appearanceof the store the friendliness of the associate the kindness of the other associates that were directly so everything me the other clients

Damario helped me find exactly what I was looking for. He had great taste. He was polite and very helpful.

The sales associate was great, she was very friendly and knowledgable about all the charms and bracelets I asked about. The store however, is tiny and usually very crowded. I was constantly being bumped into by other shoppers because the store is so narrow with very little walking space

Although I came in for Specific item, The staff did inform of new charms which were great to see. Did walk out with another pair of earrings.

I always encounter a wonderful pampering experience when I go to Pandora. They treat every one well and make sure that the need is met.

The minute I walked into the store the sales ladies recognize me because I've been there before because I just started the tradition with my sisters to buy each one of them the iconic heart bracelet. This was my fifth bracelet in the last 6 months I have one more bracelet to buy my last sister and hopefully this will start a new tradition that we all will buy charms for each other every year as a remembrance to my mother's death. This is my way to continue to keep my sisters together and in my heart this bracelet is a wonderful token of my love for my sisters.

These ladies were spectacular in helping us figure out what we wanted and how to pay for it. I applied for a Pandora card and was greatly surprised to be approved. We met the requirement for interest free for a year and am thankful for all their help. Today was like Christmas and Birthday all wrapped up in a very nice Pandora box and bag with a ribbon. Thank you Jody and Jaqueline and hope to see you again soon.

The associates of pandora are very co operative and loving. Material of products are very impressive and durable. Finishing of material is perfect. Most important thing is that a team of pandora at galería mall is pretty much good and efficient.

I walked into the store andd was greeted immediately. I explained that the ring had lost a stone and the sales associate new exactly where the ring was and what to do. The ring was not currently available in my size in that store. They ordered it on the spot and called me 3 days later to say it arrived and was waiting.
