The store is nice and small and intimate. Wish the store had more sale charms. With as high variety as the full price charms.

Spent almost $300.00. Still had to pay 5.00 for the cleaning cloth. The gal helping me had no clue where anything was. Two other associates had to help , but only after I asked them for help

In from out of town on business; purchased the city-specific charm as intended. Please expand city-specific charms to smaller market cities.

The only thing I was dissatisfied about was having stated to the sales person that I was considering purchasing a bracelet for Mother’s Day and or a ring. I understand it was the last hour of business; and on Mother’s Day; however when mentioning or describing charms I was looking for the associate either would respond they were out or was not aware of what I was talking about until I pointed them out in the display case. The last thing to mention is that I expressed a desire to look at the rings too; however we were rushed to cash out although I had a ring I really wanted to see before deciding if I was going to get a charm bracelet for Mother’s Day. This made me feel slightly forced to just have to get the bracelet and charms instead of taking my time to decide what would have suited me best. Other than this customer service was really good though.

I understand we are in a pandemic but there needs to be more than one associate working at a time but the Associate I had today was very fabulous and did her very best to serving all the customers there were many customers and only 1 worker At almost 5 PM and A couple days away from Mother's Day Overall she held it down and did a very good job Highly satisfied with her service

The length of time that it took a sales associate to acknowledge me was not good. Both associates were with customers when I walked in and they continued to help them for a while. No one ever said hello or that they would be with me shortly; just no acknowledgement.

I was satisfied with the new purchase. I just dont like that pandora gives you a year to replace charms . I didn't know I lost a charm and I would have to by the whole set for just the mom charm little disappointed

Sales advertised were not available for purchase as a set even though the separate items were available at a higher rate! Other items were sold out
