it took almost a 20 minutes just to get a sales associate to help me see a ring. i asked for assistance multiple times and it still took 10 minutes for someone to help me

Merchandise that I was looking for was not easy to locate. Merchandise I was looking for was unavailable. Store too small. Customers not always able to social distance.

It wasn't anything that the store did, there were just people standing near the case I wanted to look at. Due to covid, I didn't want to crowd them. I just had to wait.

One of my charms has two doors that open. They do not stay closed. I’m afraid they will break off.. said they didn’t have that charm there to exchange

My boyfriend and I decided to go into Pandora to look for a promise ring on our anniversary. The selection is beautiful and the sales associates are kind, however, there was a line wrapped around the store and when my boyfriend and I were finally able to come into the store, we felt ignored by the associates, when new customers came in, they were greeted before us after already being in there for 10-15 minutes. We had decided on a ring in the first five minutes but probably had waited for an associate for an associate to greet us for 15-20 minutes.
