The wait was to long for me picking up a order. I had a email saying it was ready for pickup which took them about 20 minutes to find it or grab product of the shelves. I was trying to also look at product but sent me to back of the line because they said I didn’t tell I want to look at the store

First time shopping in store instead of online and I had to pull up my online account because the store associate didn’t know anything about the products or where it was -my husband after being told “this one is just as good “ as the one the associate couldn’t find -ended up going to find someone else to help

Because I bought a product in the store and then the very next day I found the exact same item on the pandora website for considerably less money. I bought a last chance item so it is not able to be returned either.

Just the cost in general, and the exchange policy. You should be able to exchange merchandise at any point, not just within 30 days, especially when stores were closed for months during the pandemic. And I'd like to see a loyalty/rewards program. I spent almost $400 yesterday. There are almost never sales, so the least you could offer loyal customers is a punch card or some reward system. Or points towards future purchases.

The sales rep was nice, but but you could tell for some reason she seemed to be on VERY HIGH ALERT when showing me merchandise. That was very obvious and made feel uncomfortable shopping.
