I was satisfied with the service. I just didn’t like that the clerk addressed my husband as a she when he is a he!! It was a mistake that was made twice.

Clean and safe shopping

The store needs more locations in the Western NY area. Furthermore my husband and I didn't care for a comment made by one of the sales associates. Not the associate waiting on us but another associate made a comment "Hey guys what about buying some rings for the ladies". We were both very uncomfortable and felt she was being stereotypical.

My husband bought me a Pandora bracelet in for Christmas in December 2018, the clasp broke Christmas December 2019 but we do not live close to Pandora store. When we were able to go to the store to get fixed COVID happened and the store/mall had been closed for months. We finally get a chance to go in only to find out there is a one year warranty on the bracelet/clasp? I'm disappointed to say the least we had to buy a new bracelet. He buys me at least two charms at Christmas and last birthday (not this one because of COVID), the bracelet clasp should last more than one year and the warranty should also be more than one year. I wear my bracelet for special occasions only, which is only 3-5 occasions a year, it should have lasted longer than that! I am not 20 and take very good care of what little nice jewelry I have, this should not have happened and it should have been able to be replaced. I am disappointed it did not last and no discount was offered due to the circumstances.

They are alway pleasant,knowledge of the merchandise .

Very difficult to maintain high levels of service with all the Covid restrictions.

I can’t believe how many beautiful pieces of jewelry are being made at Pandora. I was looking for a birthday present for my mother and now have ideas for other gifts. I may even send my husband to this store for our upcoming anniversary. Thank you Pandora!

The store is small so I do understand because of covid everyone has to stay 6ft apart the sales associate made sure that happened
