The selection was terrible. Hardly any Disney charm to pick from. Flower spacers are discontinued and I have a pattern using them and know I can no longer get them.

The sale associate dont want to check if they have the items or size in Stock. She only want to sell what you see.

1. Ring size needed was not available on the website 2. it was not clear that the charm I bought (on-line)was for a necklace and not for the charm bracelet

I wish there was still the items I wanted, but in stead I had to buy stuff that I didnt 100% liked. Everything I asked was almost out of stock.

I came for a specific item and they did not have it. I was also not highly satisfied because the assistant i usually see was not there.

The sign said 30 percent off, plus 20 percent. If you buy two or more. It would have been nice , two have got 50 percent off. Example I bought two, both were 400 each, I had to pay 229 each. I would have preferred to pay 200 each.

My experience was very satisfying. I had a bangle bracelet with a bunch of charms and the clasp broke. It was purchased in 2017 so I purchased a new one. The sales person was helpful, patience, and knowledgeable.

While I found a couple of charms that I liked, perhaps because there was a sale, it felt as though the merchandise was 'hidden' that was not on sale. Lots of rings, earrings, other sorts of items were in the cases, but I like to browse, and was, unusually, simply looking for a small gift for myself for the bracelet my grandsons gave me. I really do understand that individual help is the culture of your brand, yet it is not one I enjoy. The many things on display were nothing I had interest in, and the sales person was really only interested in showing me sale items. It was not an unsatisfactory experience - several family members are serious collectors and I shall return for them - but will likely not look for a personal treat for myself again. I like what I chose, yet really do not know what else was in the store, tucked away.
