totally out of the stores control, but there was a high volume of customers given the day. I was in a bit of a rush and I had to wait, the wait was not long, maybe 10 minutes or so, and I was made aware of the wait time when my name was put on the waiting list. also, the store was extremely warm, quite uncomfortable while standing and waiting.

They didn’t have the right size ring I wanted and I had to get a new one. Also the diamond on my other ring I had to return popped off

Seemed overly expensive for what it is. Had to ask for help/directions because there are no signs of what is where (I understand it's to get people to look and buy impulsively, but I'm a guy and dont do that/ want to get in and out. There were also items in store that were not in stock online which dosent make sense to me.
