the wait to get assistance from an associate was longer than expected. My wait was 15min or more before someone was able to assist me.

She took forever to cash me out - kept flipping the machine upside down and banging it on the counter. She tried typing the gift card numbers on the front and back of the machine. It worked on the 4th try.

The charms that I was looking for were not available. Sales associate was not very helpful.

The sales associate kept me waiting a bit and she wasn't very enthusiastic. This was the first time that I ever experienced rhat in this store.

It seemed at first that neither sales associate were willing to help as they kept asking each other if the other wanted to help, I went in knowing what I wanted I just needed someone to grab it from the display I didn’t think that was too much to ask. She was friendlier towards the end of the transaction.

The sales associate was not very engaging. I wanted to be shown things and recommended different items. Instead I had to to direct everything and I just picked three items that I wanted. It wasn’t the experience I wanted. Then three of the charms that I originally wanted were not in stock in the store.
