I purchased a rose bracelet and a charm as a gift. I was disappointed that to get one of the separaters that would hold the charm in place, I would need to spend an additional $80.00. That is really high and took me out of it completely. I had already spent $250.00 and that was my budget for the gift. I am just afraid that it doesn't look like much.

Not enough room to move around the store. The items I did want were not available or at the store. You don’t get a chance to observe and look around and see what you Amy want. Sales person is always like “what about this” “What about that “. The feeling is rushed to decide what you would like, sales clerks are always hovering.

Visited on the day before Valentines Day. VERY busy. Store was taking names in order of arrival. Staff was doing an EXCELLENT job. I knew exactly what I needed & the staff was as quick as possible, professional & friendly.

I love pandora and have been a customer for many years. I have many rings from there and have always loved them. However I have purchased 2 rings since December and they have been turning my fingers green. This has never happened before and I am very upset. This will be impacting my decisions to go back to pandora.

We had to wait in.line for 30 minutes to enter the store . Luckily we had an idea what we were looking for so when we got in the store the associate helped us quickly but if we didn't the shopping wouldve took.longer
