I didn't say I was not Highly Satisfied with my Pandora experience. I probably won't return within the next 90 days as I have already made my purchase for the year. I will be back next year. Loved the buy 2 get 1 free deal.

I was very excited about my purchase; however, i realized i would have to go back and exchange my bracelet. The bracelet size I was given was 17 and two fingers were able to fit through it. However, im pretty sure i told the sales rep that i want to fill my bracelet up. I feel that she did not use her appropriate knowledge to tell me to go up a size. I realized a few days later, as i fill my bracelet its going to get tighter on my wrist. So, now i have to find the time to locate a store in my new state and exchange my bracelet for the correct size due to this inconvenience.

There was a necklace I wanted that the assosiates could not find. In their defense I did come in close to closing time so I felt bad and told them I would purchase something else. I don’t blame them because I understand how things can get - they also assured me they would keep looking and I declined, it just bothered me a bit that it was that difficult to find.

I wish it was easier to view charms in the store. I also wish there were more rings available.

The store had a waiting line, which I have no problem with. I came in to 'browse' and perhaps buy a nice ring for myself). Since each sales associate spends one-on-one time with each customer (***not sure this is necessary...), the sales associate went on to another customer (which I liked so I could peruse the merchandise). When I was ready to try on/purchase my rings, however, it took 25 minutes to be taken care of. The store is small and very hot. While the sales associate kept saying "I'll be right with you," it still took almost 30 minutes to get the help I needed. Being a busy store is a good thing for you, and I'm glad your business is thriving considering all the nonsense we've endured economically the past 2 years. That being said, I would not return to this location ever again. Please note the sales associates were wonderful, there just wanted enough help in the store to make this purchase more convenient.

Stood inside the store and waited 15 mins to be helped. An employee said someone will be right with you but nobody came over. Other people walked in and got help right away

The store seemed to be congested. There were only two workers helping the customers. I ( an African American women) didn't like that while I was looking at the travel charms the older employee( who is Caucasian) placed her book and tablet on top of the glass where I was looking at the charms at. When I informed the employee that I was looking at the charms where she placed her items she told me that she is helping another customer. Which ment that I the person (customer) had to wait until she was finished helping the other customer to continue to look at the charms. I was thinking about possibly purchasing another charm besides the one I picked out but because of that along with the employee that was helping me not being able to place the draw of charms on top of the glass so I can get a better view. Instead of the glare that the glass gives.
