The charm I wanted was not in stock. I had to wait a long time to be helped. The stores layout is hard to see everything. I seemed to know more than the associate

The associate who was helping us was inattentive and not very friendly. I was there to purchase 2 rings for 2 of my friends. I had an idea of what I was looking for but the associate wasn't willing or helpful in finding right ring and sizes I wanted. Twice I asked the associate (who was standing right next to me) a question, and she either ignored me completely or didn't hear me at all because she was talking with another associate. Once we had the rings picked out I asked if they are boxed nicely since these will be gifts and she said yes and gave me two bags and a pen and asked me to initial them so she wouldn't up the rings while bagging them up. Several times she had to reconfirm with me which ring goes in which bag and once they were bagged and she was ringing me up, she couldn't even remember what rings I had picked out and had me show her them in the catalog. It just seemed like she couldn't care less and wasn't paying attention enough to listen to me. Other than the experience in the store, the rings are pretty and I'm pleased with the products.

They needed more staff to attend to the people waiting to been seen. I had to leave and come back so I could speak to an associate.

The store was so busy they could not clean my bracelet prior to applying my new charm per the salesperson.

I have a bracelet that the ball clasp broke the first time I took it off. Pandora no longer repairs and it was out of the short one year warranty. I had to buy a new braclet as my family gave me the bracelet and 10 charms as gifts. I am going to see if a local jewlry store can repair my bracelet and if so return the new one I purchased. Very disappointed in the quality of the bracelets and would not recommend these over priced bracelets as the company does not backup their products beyond 1 year.

Sales associate didnt seem very knowledgeable about merchandise and pricing. There were two of the same charms in the 50% off tray and it turned out they were not part of the sale which was disappointing because I was interested in purchasing one.

Did not have updated website availability so went to the store looking for items that they said was in stock and it was not available

Ordered online and delivery was a disaster. Had to go to store an hour away to fix.

The devices used to checkout merchandise needs to be updated or fixed. My transaction was kicked out or terminated more times than I can count during the transaction and would not complete.
