I had to wait a very long time for a sales associate. The store didn’t seem that crazy busy but your associate s only wait on 1 customer at a time . I had to wait 30 minutes for a sales associate & i pretty much knew exactly what gift set I wanted for a retirement gift. The associate was more than nice though it was not her fault that the store was understaffed for the busyness of the day

No quede muy satisfecha porque no tienen personal que hable español y tampoco le hablan a uno como cliente de las ofertas, creo que deben de hablar más sobre los productos ofertas ect. Y explicar más abiertamente todo sobre Pandora cuando es un cliente primera vez y que hace una buena compra. El sistema no funcionaba bien esperamos mucho

Had to wait in line outside of the store. Would have preferred to browse the store while I waited instead of just being handed a book to flip through

I never got greeted when I walked it. I was looking for some merchandise that I saw online, and the associate said you guys would get in more later on only for me to find out the next day that she liked to me.

10 months ago I purchased a pink Pandora leather bracelet. It stretched, it is dirty, it looks awful. The Supervisor would not give me a discount on the purchase of a better bracelet, she told me to go home and get the receipt. That to me is unsatisfactory. She should have been capable of exchanging the bracelet with a discount on a new one

The service was horrible. I waited for about an hour, gave up and left the store, and then when I later came Back, I had to wait another 30 minutes.

Waiting in line outside of the store is wasting time. I decreased my purchases just because of time wasted.

Initially entering the store I was greeted by an associate who took my name and said it would be added to a 10 minute waiting list. My family and I waited for over 25 minutes. The store was cramped no where to really wait, every time we were stationed in an area to wait, we would have to move to another location so that the associates could access the merchandise. When it was our turn, the associate who "assisted" us had to turn to other associates for the answer to our questions, which just prolonged our time in the hot store. 4 of our initial selections were not available which turned us to picking items that were 3rd and/or 4th choices because my children were tired of waiting in the store. In addition when the associate went to check on an item in the back of the store, she disappeared for a good 15 minutes. This also happened to us last year during this same time, and shame on me for thinking that this store would be better prepared for this wave of customers during the holidays. The only difference from last year was that last year I shopped days before the holiday this year I shopped 10 days before the holidays with the same result. Only a fool to submit to this punishment.
