Susie from the Pandora in Middletown was very helpful in helping me pick a gift for my mom. I asked for prices and she did not hesitate in showing me the different merch the store has as well as their prices. Very kind also!

We worked with Angela who was amazing, very friendly and knowledgeable. We stopped by on Monday to look for gift ideas, there were a few too many people so we wanted more time to look and decided to go online and return the next day for purchase in store. The staff were so helpful. Will definitely go back to the Pandora in the Galleria Mall in Middletown NY. I went to the Pandora in Woodbury Commons a few months back and had a horrible experience. So not all stores are the same.

Went to the Middletown Pandora and had a wonderful experience. Angela was so patient with our needs and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied.

As soon as I walked in I was greeted by a really nice lady and she was so kind and patient. While I was building my bracelet, a really nice young lady joined and helped me with ideas, until I was very satisfied with my final build. They were all really nice and helpful. They were also bilingual which I think it’s amazing for costumer that speak Spanish.

The store was clean , staff was friendly. It was my first Time there and the employee Brianna W was very helpful and knowledgeable and walked me step by step through the process. Showed my some good items and I appreciate it !
