I had a return after waiting in line outside the store for a half hour and no one could figure out how to return it cause I used Klarna which is un acceptable . The sales associate was super friendly and was trying to help but the store itself I guess isn’t an online store they said

During my visit the sales associate took a great deal of time. My comment was this should be automated as checkout took 20 minutes. The store manager took offense and was very rude as a result. There was no apology for inconvenience or explanation. She did not appear to care.

I went for a return and there were only two employees. One of the employees skipped over me to a newer employee. My return could’ve been done quickly but no one helped me. I waited 30 minutes for a service that took 2 minutes. The employee was aware what I was there for as well

Clerk ran out into mall with a purchase she forgot to ring up. When I called manager saying it was the wrong size she said receipt or nothing else she could do. I spent over 600 in one visit to be denied an exchange. I'm disgusted

customer service and attention to details -- Staff John was great- applied for the Pandora cc approved and made purchase and was informed of the perks with having a card. this was my first visit and purchase. Thank you

The sales associate gave me the wrong prices- $45 & $55 on two different rings so I went ahead and purchased. I didn’t look at my receipt because I trusted them. However, I just looked at my receipt and the items were both $55. I was pretty much given false information to get me to buy it. Horrible sales experience. I want honest associates, not ones who lie to customers just to get them to buy it.

Except for the young man that assisted me with my return the other ladies which I believe one was a manager are extremely rude and unpleasant. There is always a problem returning or exchanging merchandise. Not a positive experience

I called the day after my purchase asking about availability to make an exchange. I was told there was “a lot” & just needed to be back by Wednesday. I got there Tuesday & the item was gone. The assistant manager literally threw her hands in the air & said they were busy. Did the same thing when I said I was in the night before & she helped me. “I don’t know” she said. No apology or consideration, even if she had to fake it. Instead of helping me find the item at another store, gave me a customer service number that I called right away at 6:30 EST. The recording said they are closed & close at 7 EST. I was a half hour early, no idea why you were closed. Made my experience even worse. Spent $163 on a Monday & got no respect.

i made the purchase with the intent to gift it. only to get to my birthday event for a friend's daughter only to find her open an empty box with disappointment. I was embarrassed and felt terrible. I went to my car searching for the earrings, at 20 degrees thinking they must have fallen out of the bag somehow. At this point, I'm just disgusted! I call the store, they're closed. I reach out in the morning, I learn the sales rep never put my items in the bag just two empty boxes. My items were at the store. I have to drive 1 hour 20 minutes after spending an hour in the store and $250.00 to go home with nothing night ruined, get embarrassed and disappoint my close friend. So send me an email and tell me how woud you feel about Pandora right now.

You have to insist for them to show you their product it was ridiculous. If it wasn’t that it was my daughter b-day I would have left the store and it was empty were the only customers there’s.
