The sales associate took the time to show us many options. She waited for us to decide what items to purchase without being pushy.

Customer service was excellent the rep that helped me was very knowledgeable on the products we asked for and if they didn't have it she ordered everything for me.

The sales staff Meagan & her manager in the store were awesome. The helped me locate the discount on charms that I earned and applied them with ease. Meagan also showed me about the Pandora Diamond collection & showed me the 18 K Pandora Moments collection that I am interested in purchasing in the future. It was an awesome experience.

I came into this Pandora to make a return as well as purchase 3 rose gold charms that I had chosen & priced on line. The sales person Meagan was apprehensive at first on how to process both but she worked close with her manager to figure it out. She was extremely patient with me & then assisted me with finding the charms I wanted. She was knowledgable about all the products in the store. I do wish the store had a rose gold tray so that I could see every item and choose my best choices from their. But anyway Meaghan & her manager were both great & helpful. I meant to ask if she would be able to locate a large jewelry box within any of the Tri-State stores. I hope you make more of the current Jewelry Boxes in Pink
