It was a fun experience and an easy one. Worker was very helpful and outgoing. Finding the right gift was made easy by the great employees!

When I originally purchased my first pandora ring around a year ago, my salesperson was rude and seems to not be enjoying her job. I went back last week to see if there was anything they could do for me since I had purchased the ring there and two stones fell out. She also was rude and told me there was nothing she could do for me. When I went into Pandora on 4/23/22 all the associates were busy, but they greeted me and came to help me in a timely manner. I was helped by Anaya J. She was extremely kind and knowledgeable. She also replaced the ring the lost two stones for me free of charge. The entire time she made me feel important and special for being in the store. She even gave me a few complimentary bags to keep all my jewelry in. She made me smile and left very happy with my experience at Pandora. Anayah J is amazing!

The sales associates were extremely friendly and personable. Anayah and Nichole both were fun to talk to and very knowledgeable about the product I was looking for. They helped me out a lot and gave me proper instructions for cleaning and taking care of my bracelet. Definitely made me want to come back again soon for some more charms!

The Customer Service I receive is wonderful. The employees are very knowledgeable and always willing to help and answer any questions one may have. They also take the time to help organize your purchase so that it fits to your liking.

Great customer service

I had a bracelet of my daughter’s that had a broken clasp. The sales associates explained to me how to properly care for the bracelet and how to clean it. They were very friendly and helpful!
