Pandora Jewelry

There were two associates and no customers. I was greeted promptly upon entering by Anayah. She was friendly, knowledgeable and eager to help me. She gave me multiple items to select from and didn't pressure me into buying more than what I had chosen. She made sure I knew about alternate purchase programs initially, but listened to my verbal cues when I told her that I wasn't interested in them. We had a great conversation about the jewelry pieces and what I was looking to purchase during my next visit for Mother's day. She welcomed me back and made sure I knew about the survey so I could save some money on my next trip. Overall great experience. Please give Anayah the recognition she deserves. It's difficult to find workers in this environment. It's far more difficult to find excellent employees that want to be at work.

The store people are very nice. They are always happy and cheerful.the store is always clean and always smells good. And they are always ready to help you .

Stephanie was very polite even though there was a wait to be helped and she knew exactly what I was looking for when though I didn't know the name.

Good service Clean environment Fast pace

I initially went in to get a bracelet cleaning but the machine was broken. They did offer the jewelry cleaner which I did end up buying at the end. We promised our daughter whose had her pandora bracelet since she was two (she is 8 now) that we would get her a charm. They were so nice in helping her chose from all her options, it was her first real experience shopping for a charm on her own and they treated her the same. I loved the service they provided us and we can’t wait to go again next time. Stephanie was very patient and sweet with her. Thank you again!

Pleasant staff and very professional

As this was a return trip to the store, I was happy to see that an item I had wanted my last visit was restocked.
