I went to the store to pick up and personalize a charm for my bracelet. I was greeted by Briana at the Middletown, Ny store and she completed my transaction. She was very helpful and I loved working with her. She was very social and she even interacted with my daughter who getting very antsy during the process. She was amazing.

The associates were very friendly and knowledgeable.Also they made sure you was safe and didn’t overcrowd the store. I was very surprised how they handled that situation. Excellent job guys. I will be back.
