The sales rep that helped me was new and she was absolutely amazing. She found everything I asked for that was in stock, plus additional pieces similar to what I asked for. During a busy time of night she was able to build almost entire charm bracelet for me.

Staff is so patient and kind. I enjoy looking and touching the merchandise instead of ordering on line. In the store I am able to bring my bracelets for cleaning and picking out more charms for that said bracelet. Just so much mor fun in the store visit!
