The staff is always so pleasant and attentive. They wait usually never lasts more then 15 mins to get in the store. They always offer to clean my wife's jewelry.

Ms Pattie was a pro. My sister is a first time Pandora owner because of her expertise. She did not rush and had excellent customer service. Best experience at a Pandora store for me as well.
