When I went to your Middletown NY store the young lady helped me immensely. I was looking for a bracelet with a charm for cheerleading. Unfortunately she didn’t have any charms for cheerleading at all. She told me it was a discontinued charm but she went through everything she had and I did settle on something else for my granddaughter. She was a huge help because to be perfectly honest with you I probably would’ve just walked out of the store then.

Associate was friendly from the get go. She also treated my young children with kindness. She also was very attentive to detail.
