The person I worked with was knowledgeable and helpful. I bought exactly what I wanted and he even showed me a charm (I have a Pandora bracelet) that I plan to 100% buy in the future. However, as a nurse, I believe the charms for first responders should be expanded a little bit especially for those in the medical field. However, I understand that is not the stores fault so they were excellent!

This was the first time my visit was painless, Usually I have to wait an extended period of time to get service. More than likely the reason for this was there was only one customer in the store plus myself.

The associate was very friendly , helpful and patient I was very satisfied will definitely come back and purchase again .
