We previously had an online purchasing experience that was terrible. Our sales person in the store, Maritzza ,was fantastic and turned a terrible experience online into a wonderful experience in-store. She was exceptional! I ended up buying pieces I would not have had she not been so helpful and pleasant to work with.

Ordered on line initially. Could not have been more disappointed with this. Too many problems to mention plus the website for tracking was ridiculous. In store the manager Maritza was wonderful, very patient and helpful. Made up for the online disaster.
