I received the Lion Ling gift set bangle as a gift, a month later the clasp had broken. I was unaware that the clasp opened and I lost two charms. I had the pleasure of being serviced by Mitzy who was very accomadating for my situation and replaced the broken bangle with a new one. I purchased and replaced one of my lost charms due to how happy I was with how she handled the situation.

The sales person went out of her way take care of my issue. She even called me to follow up on my issue.
